The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the selected itinerary is suitable for their travel plans and meets the requirements of the airline, immigration authority or destination country.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for reviewing all booking details before submitting your order. Once a booking has been issued, changes may not be possible or may be subject to additional fees where applicable.

You may not use our service for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.

DELIVERY OF THE SERVICE
Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates only. While we make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to airline systems, global distribution systems, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

REFUNDS
