In case you are unsure how to input your information into the booking form, please follow these instructions to book your ticket.
1, Name and Surname: Input your full name in this format: First name – Middle name – Last name.
For example: John Frankie Doe
2, Email address: Input your email address where you want us to send your ticket to. For example, johndoe@gmail.com.
We no longer require you to provide your email address. We will send the ticket to the email address that you use with your PayPal account. Our system will automatically collect it from your transaction data sent by PayPal.
3, Departure Airport: Type in airport name, airport code, city, or country to search for the airport where you want your onward flight to depart.
4, Arrival Airport: Type in airport name, airport code, city, or country to search for the airport where you want your onward flight to arrive.
5, Your Desired Date Of Onward Flight: Input the date you plan for your onward flight to depart.
For example, if today (let’s say July 20) you are flying from Indonesia to Thailand and need an onward ticket, provided you have a visa of 30 days to stay in Thailand, input any date between July 23 (3 days after you arrive Thailand) and August 20 (the date your visa expires).
6, Booking Option: Select “24 Hour Ticket” if you want your ticket to last for 24 hours, otherwise, select “48 Hour Ticket”.
7, Coupon: Input a coupon code if you have one. Otherwise, leave it blank.
Here is an example of a traveler whose name John Doe. John is now at Bali, Indonesia. Tomorrow (June 21st) he is going to fly to Bangkok, Thailand.
John needs to book an onward ticket with onwardfly.com for a flight from Bangkok to Singapore to show as proof of onward travel when he checks in his flight tomorrow. Below is how he inputs the information to book his onward ticket:
